Tracking shot: the agents continue running along the narrow crane arm. The crane sways in the storm, loose tools and metal parts slide past them, and the surface becomes slick with rain. They keep low for balance while the chasers gain behind.

They reach the far end of the crane and make a fast desperate jump from the crane arm onto the unfinished floor of the next skyscraper. They land hard, roll across the wet concrete, and regain balance as the crane continues swaying behind them.  

Final moment: the two agents rise on the unfinished tower floor, storm raging around them, while the giant crane swings behind against the glowing city skyline.
